ooohh! I see that this has now moved onto some of that highly credible "fight math" or triangle theory, yes? The following is a comment left by some as$hat followed by my response I feel I managed to school the guy with in the comments section for my Barrera vs Hamed video on YT:

A$s Hat: Funny how Barrera got knocked out by Junior Jones,Paul Ingle from Yorkshire UK knocked out Junior Jones in USA then Ingle got beaten to a pulp by Naseem. When it was Naseem v Barrera it sort of tells you who improved and who deteriorated, you get me? No?? Nevermind then.

Mario Sanchez: Man, triangle theory in sports, especially fighting sports, doesn't add up, and when it seemingly does, links are often tenuous at best. Morales knocked Junior Jones out in 4 rds, yet was judged to have lost 2 of the 3 Barrera fights, never putting Barrera down either. Kennedy McKinney gave Barrera nearly all he could handle, and even after Barrera had already managed to knock him down a total of 3 times (twice in rd 8, once in rd 9) Kennedy was able to put Barrera down in the 11th rd, before being dropped 3 more times (2 times officially as ref botched one of the knockdown calls) in the 12th rd prompting the stoppage. Yet McKinney manged to stop Jr Jones in the 4th rd, just as Morales did.
Nearly four years were in between Barrera's KO loss to Jones and Jones getting stopped in the Ingle fight you mention. So after Jones decisioned Barrera in their rematch, he was knocked out in his next two fights, both times in the fourth rd. So, maybe it was Jones who deteriorated?
It seems the majority of the boxing world thought Jose Luis Castillo won his fight against Mayweather Jr, then afterwards lost to Chico Corrales, the same Corrales whom Mayweather Jr absolutely wrecked in their fight.
But really though, what is it that you want to say? Stop attempting to lead people to it and just say it. It seems as though you wanna say that Hamed lost on account of being out of his peak or that he should get a pass for his blatant stupidity of not paying Barrera the proper respect he should have by training to fight a fighter like Barrera? I think that is a bul**** claim to try and hold to. Barrera had 55 fights coming into this bout. Many of those long distance, back and forth wars. Brutal wars. Hell, the first Morales fight had taken place 14 months previous to the Hamed fight. He was 27 yrs old. The same age as Hamed, who was coming in with 20 less fights. Yes, same age on the birth certificates, but in the ring? Hamed was a teenager to Barrera's midlife adult. There are no truly buyable excuses, but again, just my opinion. You get me?

You are asking me in 2020.
one thing is the expectation about a fighter and another thing is his real level shown when time passes

Lol good stuff. Yeah I HATE the fight math Serbianloud mouth or whatever the hell his name is on here basically puts it in every post which is why in my post I jokingly mocked him with the Lakusta comparison.

I mean think of all the bs you could build. Louis Monaco knocked out Buster Douglas so clearly he’s better than Tyson who lost to Douglas and Butterbean knocked out Monaco so he’s better than both and Butterbean lost to 1 - 7 Mitchell Rose, so Rose is the goat.

Tillis was so shot that never lost before that with KO!Morrison beat him in 1st!
Was Carl Williams that shoot that he went 12 rounds with Witherspoon and 10 rounds with Bruno at the time he fought Morrison?
Lakusta was still green when he fought Ruddock!
Morrison past prime with HIV and very bad shape went 6 rounds with Lewis but prime Ruddock only 3?That proves how Morrison was better!
David Jaco beat Ruddock but Foreman,Morrison and McCall beat him easy!
But now you pull excuses Ruddock tell you because you are Tyson fan!How pathetic!
Jaco was bum and beat Ruddock who bring his ton of excuses with asthma but he was never diagnosed with asthma but then you belive in his excuses as Tyson fan!Ruddock is overrated bum and deal with that because he only built his bame fighting Tyson and you Tysonites used him to show he fought someone!
But he ducked Tua,Foreman,Ike,Mercer,Holyfield and Lewis even paid to not fight Lewis and chosed Douglas insetad of Holyfield!

    Why am I doing this.............

Tillis never lost before Morrison ?? Do you mean by KO?? Again wrong. Tillis was 39 wins and 17 losses when he fought Morrison.

    Thomas stopped him
    Page stopped him
Witherspoon stopped him (in 1 round)
    Mike Williams stopped him
    Frank Bruno stopped him
    Holyfield stopped him
    Gary Mason stopped him

I mean seriously you’re either a huge troll or really just have no idea what you’re typing.

I already stated in this thread that I am not a Tyson fan so I have no agenda to push for Razor Ruddock.

but you win dude you got me to bite again.

But no one knocked him out like Tommy did and not in first round like Morrison they only stopped him!
And again you lied that you do not defend Tyson because you lied about Tillis record!
He fought Page in 1982 and Shavers also long before even Tyson fight Tillis!Spoon and Page stoped him long before he fought Tyson so you excuse is not valid!
He did not lost against all of them just before Morrison fight but even before Tyson fight him!
Tyson won UD while Morrison knocked him in 1st!
So you favoriting for Tyson and excuses are again not valid because he lost even before Tyson fight!
He was good fighter when he faced Morrison and Tyson and had losses before and after that!

All Marciano fans are not Morrison fans.

The best version of Ruddock was not even the guy who fought Tyson. It was the boxer-puncher with the nice jab who beat Weaver and Bonecrusher. Then came the Dokes fight, he fell in love with his own power, abandoned the jab, and the rest was history.

In my book, Morrison had no talent whatsoever. Much like Wilder today, I think even his power was overrated, as it dropped whenever he wasn't crushing a can.

A young Ruddock outboxes Morrison, then drops and stops him.

would you say that age and inactivity can change things like speed, timing, stamina, accuracy, and punch resistance ?

Age? He was 31 against morrison it is a a joke. And just before of Morrison he won his last fight after he got destroyed by lewis and after of Morrison he won 12 consecutive fights. In few words, he lost against the reallly good guys that he fought
