Walcott does some cute moves, but Joe overwhelms him through sheer doggedness. Ref stops the fight after a few knockdowns in the 8th.
Frazier hunts Walcott down, wreck him with in 10 rds. And unlike Marciano, Frazier after the 1st couple rds, would be smoking by the 5th and ahead on the cards because of his relentless pressure. By the 9th or 10th rd. Either Frazier lays Walcott out, or the ref would've seen enough and save Walcott from himself and the beat down.
You're talking nonsense natural 220-230lbs?Joe Fraizer was soft bodied start to finish at about 15% bodyfat he was narrow and small boned with alot of mass see him dwarfed next to foreman in size at the same weight (not height) and tell me he was a large framed man. Walcott was lean and nearly had as much mass which tells me he was absolutely the more muscular of the two...
Aren't you a sulk I'm sorry that Fraizer wasn't some broad Olympic God he is however one of my favorite heavyweights regardless of his bone structure jeez man. I'd just like to add that you also seem to care alot about Fraizers body... can i ask why?
I agree with you, Frazier did have a small frame compared to other heavyweights. He was not a large man, adds to his greatness He did have some thick legs though

I do disagree that Frazier was a particularly small heavyweight. Like Norton, he bent down a LOT, which made him appear smaller right off. I also think Joe's tree trunk legs had a lot to do with his power. He didn't have a whole bunch of upper body strength. Watch his greatest hooks, he's definitely bending his knees, those shots came up from his feet. Just a picture perfect hook. He even lept in with his left foot more than once while throwing the hook, watch the Ali knockdown, the whole side of his body was in that punch.
