Cruiser Holyfield beats Tua no differently then a 15 pound heavier one. Even Holyfield’s trainers said he was better at 206 then when he tried putting on more muscle. Their comes a point when it’s not beneficial. you Sacrifice speed and stamina for arguably just a little more power. What’s worth what in your opinion? Marciano preferred to uhave excellent stamina at 188 even though he could have went in at 200 plus with more power. Steroids have allowed the really tall fighters to overcome their
Pretty sure if he took Tyson, Foreman, and Lewis shots he could handle Tua. This Tua myth that he was something he wasn’t is starting to get out of control

To be honest with you, Cooper was probably better than Tua.

You’re free to your opinion. I don’t think it matters as much past 180.

I think it matters, but it starts to matter less and less as you go further up. Someone 190 has very little chance vs someone 245, but someone 190 isn't at a massive disadvantage vs someone 225.

Then why did evander increment his weight when he did jump up to the hw division? If it does not matter why then?

His training staff thought he looked better at 206. Why did he train up more? Simple answer is steroids allowed him to train up and not lose much but he did lose speed and flexibility which made him a worse fighter. I’m going to ask you a question now. Why weren’t the likes of Primo ruling the division for decades? Shws were around with the same training techniques as everyone else. Shouldn’t they have been ruling the division? This is your theory correct?

I see that you avoid the answer . if it was the same. Then why the hell did he increment his weight and did not fight in the hw division at 189 pounds?
Jesus. Why i am even having this conversation?

Not 100% I'd pick Lewis over Tyson peak for peak, but I'd definitely give a 242 lbs Lewis a better chance than a 217 lbs one. So, yes, those 25 lbs definitely matters imo.

The only reason anyone outside the realm of circus freak agents knows the name Nikolai Valuev is because of his size. If he's 6'2", 230 pounds we'd literally never know about him.
