Which MMA fighter has the best boxing skills? I feel Conor was outboxed at times by Khabib and struggled with Nate`s high guard in terms of landing with punches in their rematch, so is Conor really the best boxer in the history of MMA fighting?

Pretty much any striker that has gone from A striking discipline in to MMA.

I would say Masvidal definitely has some of the best boxing of any current MMA fighters but I think it is a different story when it comes to the best boxers in the history of the sport.
What he does the remainder of his career, including if he can win a UFC title, which I hope and believe he will do before he retires, will determine if he is up there with a few already mentioned guys who have better credentials then Masvidal

Conor has good striking but is definitely not the best boxer of all time

Toney was never a big hitter but would have liked to see him land a decent shot or 2 but old man Couture, who had mediocre striking, never gave him a chance

Randy didn't give him a single chance, which you can't blame him. Got took down and put on his overweight fat lardy arse straight away.

No, thee are MMA fighters that could have used boxing footwork to avoid getting taken down as quick as Toney did.
