Calzaghe on a fight with Ward

Hopkins was still pretty good but he was not prime at 43 that's ridiculous.

Calzaghe-ward is a pick em fight it's not a one-sided fight on either side and anyone who says otherwise cant be taken seriously.

 

IMO Ward's greatest weapon is getting away with fouling. Get a fair ref that will take points when he starts to wrestle, headbutt and elbow. And it wouldn't be close.

Not everytime when great fighters fight is it close fight. Styles. Think Wright- Tito.
It's hard for me to rate Ward high with all the fouling he does.
Just being honest.

 

It was very easy to see a technical fighter like wright was going to take apart a guy like tito. That was one of the easiest big fights to pick of the last era.
Horrible comparison calzaghe-ward is much closer.

Ward looked a little silly after Kov knocked him down. great ball puncher and head butter though. must give him that. Calzaghe is a different fighter. We will never see it. prime for prime...Ward would be dismantled. you log off...if you want.

Calzaghe looked silly getting dropped by Hopkins and a shot RJJ. Atleast ward got dropped by a prime hard punching lhw in kovalev. Ward's resume is better than calzaghe he showed his level against better comp. He schooled calzaghes best win in kessler. There's nothing to suggest that calzaghe schools ward, nothing. Only wishful thinking agenda having fools like you would even think such nonsense. These are 2 elite talents with elite level skill both have a case of winning and neither are ko punchers common sense tells you it would be a closely contested affair.
