Earnie iced two former world champions in one round. He also dropped an ATG in Holmes and had him in deep trouble for a time.

Rahman was iced again after Tua and before he fought Lewis. He got lucky against a disgracefully complacent under prepared Lewis is all. He fell back to his level straight after and actually drew Tua not much later in an eliminator.

Ruiz was just ambling along when Tua pole axed him. He was never anything amazing and actually got embarrassingly beaten by Roy Jones Jr at his peak.

Maskaev was obliterated by McCall in 1/2 a round 14 months before Tua beat him. He was also axed in 3-5 fights after Tua and before winning the title. Hardly amazing stuff lets be real and "rational".

Who is questioning Tua's power? Of course he hit immense as did Shavers. This still didn't get either of them to the big dance tho both were good fighters. History is littered with these types.

Firstly again you don't know Tua was never hurt even if he likely wasn't. Lets stick to facts on that one.

Shavers went 54-5-1 with 51 stoppages so work out that percentage. This too was over about an 8 year period. Two of the losses were in his first 6 months as a pro and another two were to world class contenders. He was doing ok.

I'm struggling to understand all this to be quite frank. Regardless these Tua cherry picked stats and imagined facts sure don't mean he beats Joe Louis which is the whole point. Sure resumes don't necessarily win a bout but neither do these things you are trying to thrust forward as some sort of be all and end all.

But for an exercise lets put your invaluable bolded stats to bed once and for all.

Duane Bobick going into the Norton fight was 38-0 with 32 stoppages. What's that, about 84%? So if that's not a case of stats not telling the true story i do not know what is. It's all about context as this undeniably shows.

As shown above this is blatantly incorrect.

What is relative is context as i just showed above. Lets put these stats and claims to bed now.

Tua is a massive puncher and a good fighter. He'd be dangerous for Louis but it is by no means illogical to put a good case forward for Louis.

Again, Tua's reputation is way above what he actually accomplished in the ring. Your stats and oh so important wins over future champions don't hold all that much water under closer scrutiny.

BLATANTLY IGNORING THE FACT, that Shavers was STOPPED EASILY by Stander, aging Quarry in 1 round, as well as Lyle.
Bobick did not beat any 23-0 Ruizs or Rahmans, plus the fact, that Tua DID FACE Ibeabuchi, Lewis and Byrd inside of 41 fights. For checking stats with numbers, 38-3 IS 41 fights, and I did include that loss also on neutral ground! Bobick DID GET STOPPED by medicore punching aging Norton as well as 13-2 Kallie Knoetze inside that 41 fights! Is it so hard to get that these stats INCLUDE fighting someone, even primed ATG Lennox Lewis, among others?
You put something to bed? Sure lol, whats coming next, Alex Stewarts KO streak before getting stopped like a ragdoll?

Tua had power AND an IRON MANDIBLE! And you´re blatantly ignoring it checking the stats, coming with rubbish like medicore opp. wins, two time stopped Bobick.

In fact, you´ll rarely find that combination of KO-% proven power AND proven chin against extremely solid punchers. Thats why I´m waiting pages for pages naming a non-ATG.
Baer lost plenty and did rarely go 8 fights without losing, before his career was basically done with Louis. He looked like absolut trash on film against the smaller Schmeling as well as Primo. Thats why everyone here concludes he would not survive Ibeabuchi as well as LEWIS. Far from that, he was a normal 75% KO-% before beeing past his best. No hit here with Baer.

And again, the way to beat Tua was enough durability + well moving behind a good jab, or close to that abilities beeing big with ton of strength.
Thats why, even you JT said, this might get very hairy at times for the offensive fighting soso-durable Louis.
