Still considerably better than Vitalis three best names, which includes the likes of Sam Peter and Chris Arreola

Fury found it hard to engage because Wlad often flailed his arms around in the air , turned his back away from the action and engaged in constant clinching.
Tony Weeks who was on the Klitschko pay roll wouldn't allow Fury work on the inside either.

Yes, Fury is dominating, but he’s YEARS of dominating away before reaching Wlads level of controlling the entire HW division

Fury has pretty much just started dominating with his Wilder win. Fury has a long way to go to be “the best since Lewis”

About eight or nine more years of dominating the division before he’d reach a Wlads level

Nah man, Its easy to call someone a paper champion in hindsight. Dont forget he knocked down Fury twice in the first fight. No one really believed that Fury was going to come out and beat up Wilder the way he did, he told us he was going to do it and he did.
I actually thought Wilder was going to win the second fight, boy was I wrong.
But to call him a paper champion is disrespectful to both Wilder and Fury.
How many boxing championships have you won?
You probably have never had a boxing glove on your hand except in video games.
Dont be such a jerk, people lose in boxing, it happens.

Shut up idiot. No one ever considered Wilder the heavyweight champion of the world. It was always either Joshua or Fury. His belt was a vacant strap. Paper champion. His biggest challenge in his entire “title reign” was a 40 year old Luis Ortiz. Outside of that he fought no legit contenders. Everyone knows he’s trash. Complete and utter trash.

Wlad 100% is the Greatest post Lennox.

Fury is a great fighter and his wins over Wlad and Wilder are hard to top. But his legacy isn't up to par with Wlad. He has had no dominant run with 0 title defenses, despite the big wins, his resume is still lacking from a few contenders (Top 10s).

I'd say he is tied 2nd place with AJ. With both beating Vitali in legacy.

Good post. One thing though: it technically isn't a "rubber match" as Wilder hasn't won one.

Fury has a long way to go before he is fighting for greatest of all time, or even a top ten spot. but his conduct in fighting the best has already put him ahead of some very well-loved guys, and I will leave it at that.
