Pbf made people miss coming forward how many pbf fights have you seen? He made a living of doing that at 130 and 135 and 140. With that said loma doesnt have the number of fights nor the level of opposition that pbf had.

Lack of competition compared to Mayweather.

I'm sure against other opponents it's not worse if not even lower.I have no time to check what was the % against Joe Smith, Jean Pascal and others.Loma is more aggresive and 16% with his agressive style is better then 12% with Bivol's safe style, i'm not saying Bivol is better, don't jump on me :) I just said he is another champion with impressive defense skills.

Rigo was like 15 pounds smaller.Loma is the best p4p, already one of the greatest, but that fight was for nothing.

He wasn't close to being 15lbs lighter. More like 8-9lbs max.

He went up two weight classes. Stop acting like it was some kind of big Loma accomplishment.

Loma`s footwork was far better than Rigo`s, he didn`t land any powerful shots on Rigo and didn`t have a reach advantage.

I ignore you Clenelo superfans for a reason but you keep replying to my posts even though you know this. The next time any of you do so you're getting banned and that includes replying to this post. Make sure you understand this loud and clear and you respect my wishes or you'll be banished for good in the blink of an eye.

Yes, we all know Lomachenko is a great dancer.

It doesn't change the fact that he was fighting a man who was significantly smaller, coming up two divisions.

I'd like to know why some people around here get "super" triggered over fighters. Lol

If it already was more than 8,9 lbs at the weight before the fight(don't remember details, but there was enough time), no doubt the difference gain more later, because Rigo's weight didn't gain much at that moment, looks like he was about to stop at that weight, not the same with Lomachenko.
Vasiliy is 100% better overall not only compared to Rigondaux, but compared with all others. For me, Canelo and Crawford are not even so close, + they have the advantage(better diet, you know) to fight in their home(mexicans in USA are maybe more tolerated than americans).

But Loma out-jabbed Rigo with a shorter reach, he didn`t over-power him so how did he exploit his size advantage?

No, Rigo weighed 130 in his tracksuit the morning of the fight and Loma was 137.4lbs. Loma usually steps into the ring at 137-138 and said he didn't gain anymore weight after that.

These are Loma's other ring weights at 130

    Loma 137 - Walters 136
    Loma 139 - Sosa 142
    Loma 137 - Martinez 144

And he was 138 for Linares and Pedraza up at 135

8-9lbs is still a lot and obviously Loma is the naturally bigger man but he's is regularly giving up 7-10lbs himself and a significant amount of reach too and it definitely wasn't anywhere near 15lbs.

If after hours one gained only 1.5 pounds and the other 8.4, for me it's logical that the first one was at his maximum while the second one would gain more and make the difference bigger.Мaybe you're right and he stopped at that weight, maybe not.Don't know and not so important :)
And yes, Lomachenko was and is smaller thеn his opponents which makes his dominant wins even more impressive. Not the same with his rival for best p4p - Canelo.
