Got to take your hat off to brook for taking this fight because this is his career over ! He could of easily cherry picked his way to a winable world title shot at 154!
Don't care what anyone says but the Kell who was giving Spence something to think about is a nightmare for anyone....except Crawford.
If Kell goes back down to 147 AGAIN, he's gonna struggle so much. He'll be like a skeleton in there. Crawford is a smaller guy than someone like Spence, so that might be in Kell's favour especially in the early rounds. If he somehow manages to be look good at 147 again (Doubt it), then he smashes Crawford all over that ring. If he looks bad just like he did against Spence, he'll probably lose a decision.
Brook was clearly up after 6 rounds until his eye socket got busted up again. Who knows, perhaps the outcome would have still been the same but would love to know how that fight would have turned out without it.
Kell Brook is a very talented and courageous fighter. He gave GGG trouble, before suffering that fractured eye socket in his losing battle.on Sept 10 2016, GGG won by TKO 5. Brook did re injure that same eye socket in losing his IBF World Welterweight Title to Errol Spence, on May 27 2017, by TKO 11. His presumed bout against against WBO World Welterweight Champion Terrence Bud Crawford should be a really good bout when boxing resumes, per promoter Bob Arum. Bud Crawford should win this fight, but I think that he will have a tough bout on his hands, looking forward to seeing it, when it happens.
Again? Spence broke the other socket. And before you come back with, G busting the one socket made the other weak, stop! There is no medical evidence that supports that.
