Evander Holyfield is all wrong for Anthony Joshua. Someone with excellent movement, who is not afraid to get inside and has fast hands. Evander Holyfield also had a good chin and was physically strong for someone so light. It's so easy to see this one end in a TKO for Evander Holyfield.
Right now I'd pick a prime Holyfield. Too much dog in him. A Joshua fight against Hunter would tell us a lot though.
Holyfield by KO. It might actually look like the first Ruiz fight(only more brutal), with AJ having his moments.
Joshua destroys pedestrian Hunter in a few rounds, it tells us zero about how a Holyfield fight would have gone.
Holyfield times him with a nasty counter if it's the aggressive Joshua, if it's the fearful one which fought the Ruiz rematch then Holyfield bores his way in and finds Joshua's chin. Holyfield KO
I feel AJ is more skilled than Holy was and his reach would be a factor, a big problem for AJ would be landing hooks, often Holy would block or ride hooks he was a lot easier to hit with straight shots than punches that came round like Tyson`s, that`s why Holy stated Foreman landed harder punches than Tyson did when they met, he threw more straight shots, when Mike punched Holy just diped his head forwards with his gloves up which is what he would do if AJ hooked like he did v Ruiz, while he hooked he`d be on the inside where Holy would have more success, but I learn towards AJ he gets hit less than Holy did.
