Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs Andre "SOG" Ward at 175 pounds

Ward is not Kovalev and he's so slick. Canelo will be frustrated.

 

Not enough evidence from Canelo above 160 to really say I mean hell the guy only has what 3, 160 fights in his career at this point I’d favor ward but time will tell.
I think it would be a tougher than expected bout for Ward tho I mean his fights vs Kova were close to say the least and even with the stoppage in the rematch it wasn’t the best, Canelo being the smaller fighter moving up 2 divisions to stop Kova is impressive idk I think p4p Canelo is a greater fighter than Ward but head to head at this point I’d have to go with Ward probably be UD

 

Before I answer I got a couple of questions to ask in regards to this....

A) are Roids allowed in this fight ?
B) is it happening in Oakland or Vegas?
C) are groin shots legal or not?
D) is holding / mauling / headbutting allowed?

This fight is that close I think.
Give me Roids + Vegas + no groin shots + good ref = PEDnello
Give me Oakland + Roids + mauling + groin shots = ward every time

 

I would favor Ward. Canelo has only had one fight at LtHW, and while he performed extremely well against him, Kovalev is a bit predictable and tailored made for Canelo. The only reason Kovalev made it to the 11th was because he was very tentative, almost as if he was fighting to survive.

Ward is very multi dimensional, and has almost every physical advantage over Canelo.

 

Kov was "tailor made" for canelo!??! I forget how stupid you are. A fighter who looked terrible in his prior fights, had NO recovery period between his last fight and Canelo...and that's the equivalent of being tailor made!?! What a dumbass....

I'll give you one last chance. Canelo excels against come forward fighters, fighters who open up and take chances. Against fighters who fight to survive, or fighers who play it safe, he doesn't look as dominant (most fighters don't), and against very slick fighters he just doesn't look as good. Which type of fighter is Kovalev?

Again, has Kovalev came out fighting the way he NORMALLY does, he would have been KTFO a lot sooner. Instead they opted to fight from behind a quick but non-lethal jab, and it allowed him to survive until round 11.

Kovalev looked excellent against Eleider Alvarez, and destroyed Yarde with a jab in his previous 2 fights. Stop lying, stop crying and accept Canelo is a great fighter.
