was only reading about him no longer living with jennings last week , just read he's been done for common assault on 2 women and a man , hope he comes through his demons , something really likeable about him , or maybe fowler's just that unllikeable
Thats the thing i dont get...billy joe saunders makes a joke regarding domestic abuse and gets absolutely slaughtered for it then a guy actually does domestic abuse and gets support. Surely somethings not right with that. Mixed messages being sent out. Scott looks like he has problems tbh....and probably does need support but if we,re serious about stopping these things he has to be punished properly for it. But we seriously need to stop listening to these people that try to make billy joes video a serious situation. That and the bakole situation. Which looks just to be a misunderstanding at worst. Its almost like we,re not really bothered about the crime itself....more just want to throw some token outrage out there mostly to guys that wouldn,t dream of comitting the actual crime itself. Billy with domestic abuse and bakole with whatever it was he posted.
It was a record of his Instagram activity pretty much so maybe someone has asked for it to be removed?

Heard Shane Mcguigan say in an interview that Fitzgerald is currently in the jail. Anybody know any more info? Is it to do with the incident with his girlfriend and her family a few months ago? You heard anything @Oreet Cha! ?
**** sake I really hope not. Like Fitzy and he's a good fighter with a lot of talent. Really hope he screws the nut otherwise he's going to completely waste his career.
I think that with all of the issues that Scott is facing we need to use the word allegedly. We know he has had personal problems, but we dont know what has really happened here. I dont trust the mainstream media at all with anything. The amount of lies they tell is unreal, there is a clear agenda. We know he spent the night in jail over an alleged assault, but we have no clue what happened and whether he is guilty of anything.
When he initially got charged it was moved to crown court meaning the magistrate saw it to serious for him/her to deal with , so maybe he has been sent down. A British champion boxer assaulting two women and man would definitely be treated more seriously than your normal man on the street! strange there is nothing anywhere on the internet about the crown court appearance and what happened.
There's nothing on the web precisely because it's been sent to Crown Court. Once someone is charged proceedings are active and reporting restrictions are in place to ensure the accused gets a fair trial. At that point aside from the fact that a charge has been made and the name and age of the accused there's very little one can publish and not risk contempt of court. Same goes for forums. If there's stuff posted on here from a user about a case that may be prejudical, its the forum owners who are liable for publishing it. So if I were modding it I too would be deleting if I thought it could get the site in trouble. It's not worth it just to talk about something now, when in a couple of months once the case is heard everything can be discussed safely.
