Froch Is to big strong at 168 Noel imo, the power at 160 wasn't really there as much at 168 with Benn,add the fact Froch is granite, I'd wager it don't go past 8 both around same time
Froch wasn't a big super middle, he walked around at fight weight. Benn would flatten him early and stop him soon after.
Blokes a nob, unfortunately for me he crushes Benn no doubt. He just wasn't born to lose a fight on his arse and theres no way Benns there after 12 for a decision. Froch would grind him down from 3 onwards for me, maybe physically bullying him
