@Richard M Murrieta is an excellent poster himself. Very very knowledgeable and always respectful. Similar to @janitor.
I'm not saying he'd win or anything but i think he'd do a bit better than is being predicted. Hagler's not the most adaptable in there against puzzles and i think he'd be a decent puzzle. Certainly for some time.
Based on him being a career middleweight, having shipped a lot of leather there and never looking like getting stopped. This, as well as him being 35 and 36 years old respectively, across two bouts with a guy in his athletic prime and looking as fresh, if not fresher, down the straight, than his younger opponent, on both occasions.
Fair enough - But, I don't think Canelo presents too much of a puzzle, though - despite the possibility that he could look competitive for a while. He and Golovkin went virtually neck-and-neck over 24 rounds and Golovkin is no cryptanalyst, in my view. Hagler is a bit more adaptable than you're giving him credit for, as well.
GGG never could prove that he had better durability than Canelo because simply it is not truth at all. Canelo fought even at lhw against a top puncher and never was even close to being stopped. His stamina is great, his chin is great and his rhythm of work is great. GGG never fought above his natural weight class and much less against hard puncher bigger guy
Langford was my friend and we used to go to the racetrack together before he died. He said I was "cool".
You asked what I based my opinion on and I answered. Your opinion is not truth. But, your entitled to your opinion, nonetheless. In this case, however, I disagree.
I concur with this opinion, both posters are a credit to the board and add a positive contribution to any topic in which they add their two cents.
Something about insufficient privileges to post here, whatever that means, I have never been banned, and to be politely feank about it, new posters are allowed, and I am not. This really needs to be fixed by the higher ups.
