But but Toney was ''weight drained'' though even though he fought at 160 again in his very next fight and came in at as light as 157 the previous year

Fast forward to his fight against Roid where he looked like a zombie trudging through quicksand with 20lbs weights on its wrists and ankles, was as flat as a pancake, and in 4 of his previous 8 outings had come in at 173, 174½, 176 and even as high as 181½, never fought at 168 again after losing to Roid and weighed in at 175 on the dot for all his subsequent fights at 175 for the remainder of his career with the exception of once where he weighed 174. After Toney fought Roid the lightest he ever weighed was 174 and that was only once but he was a good as ever against Roid and a walking zombie against Tiberi

It was nice to see James acknowledge it.

Watch more boxing. Plenty of decisions worse than that.

Yeah, I watched it live. It was indeed one of the worst decisions I've seen in 40 years of following boxing.

This is something that makes me laugh about Toney. People only ever really talk about his great showings when there were plenty of times he didn't show up.

Yeah, I had Tiberi winning too, but watch enough fights, and you'll see plenty of worse ones.

That's not something boxing should brag about lol. But it is what it is.

Watch Paez vs Dorsey, it's bad. Amazing fight, definitely not a draw though.

Without footage it's hard to say, but there was a live opinion back in the 70s that Matt Franklin should've been undefeated all the way up to Qawi.

Shumenov-Campillo II was an awful one. It's been 10 years, I saw it when it was shown, and it still sticks out after having seen tons of robberies since.

I never did see the first one, but I had heard from a number of people Shumenov actually got robbed in his own back yard. All I know is the rematch was terrible.

Campillo vs Shumenov 2 was probably the worst. Campillo landed more clean punches in rounds 8 and 9 RESPECTIVELY than Shumenov landed in the entire damn 12 rounds and it is not even an exaggeration. Shumenov literally won 2 rounds by hitting Campillo's arms when Campillo was simply not letting his hands go.
