There's a reason he picked Kovalev. Plus 6 weeks after another fight. Bivol at 175 would KO him. At 168, a suspect scorecard comes into play.

    Bivol outpoints him.

Canelo has taken risks throughout his career. He'd fight Bivol if he was a money fight. Bivol stopped getting highlight reel KOs and started stinking out venues. Probably belongs at 168. I think he's the truth at 175 as well, but way more commercially viable in a division where he can finish his opponents. Beterbiev is going to get knocked out by Joe Smith Jr in 6 months.

Canelo goes the distance, wins three maybe four rounds, his judges give him the benefit of the doubt in any of the remotely close rounds and his sycophantic fan base argue the toss that he did enough to win a split decision.

But in made up world with fair judges, Bivol UD is the most likely outcome. If past prime Golovkin arguably won both encounters, then Bivol would too. He has very few technical flaws, great defense, and is not only bigger than Golovkin but faster too.

There's a reason Canelo vacated the 175 strap so quickly. He wants nothing to do with Beterbiev or Bivol.

I think Beterbiev wrecks him, not straight away it goes rounds but he'll bust Jnr up, the ending could be brutal

It's a hypothetical fight, every scenario in this thread exists in a made up world, and I'm not the one who started the thread.

But more importantly is anything I said not based in reality? Bivol lacks the power to KO Canelo, and Canelo gets preferential treatment on the scorecards. You'd be hard pressed to find people that deny those two assessments.

He could. I've just seen Beterbiev rocked so many times by this point, and he's 35 now. If Joe Smith Jr can do anything he can punch. Serving your chin up to him is a recipe for disaster.

It's a bold prediction of mine that I think is justifiable. Forecasting is a fool's errand to begin with.

Bivol by KO, but it would be deemed as NC, due to the fact that canelo was roiding and eating clen.

A better question is wtf aren't fans pushing Beterbiev to fight Bivol?

    Boxing fans or Canelo haters?

 Bivol would simultaneously school the Clenbuterol and the ginger out of that metrosexual toad and best believe Clen knows that too.

They have agendas that's why. Beterbiev fighting biviol is never called for. It makes no sense why it isnt. Two of the best at 175 need to fight.

The article link is not about fans wanting the fight. It’s about Bivol pushing lobbying for the Canelo $weep $teaks!
& rightly so. He is the new money may.
