I guess Saunders and Isufi will fight for some interim WBO title then unless he goes back down to 160.

    https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/...ologises-coronavirus-josh-taylor-ben-davison/

In March 2020, Saunders was alleged to have made a ‘phone call to Delta Airlines claiming that three other boxers on a flight from Las Vegas to New York were infected with the Coronavirus associated with the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. The call resulted in the three boxers being removed from the flight. An audio clip of the call circulated on social media in which Saunders was heard laughing about the incident.

I’d completely missed this... bloke defies all logic

I’d be livid...as if he was doing it to be a Good Samaritan. He doesn’t think through the consequences of his actions. Money is the worst thing that could happen to someone like that.

The lowlife is 30 years old now and a parent of two boys, I can only imagine what his boredom will lead him too when he retires a few million quid richer in the next 18 months.

Listen yeah....... he’s a good honest man who does a lot for charity behind the scenes. It’s all just harmless banter so if you don’t laugh at him always abusing crack heads, the simple and the elderly on video then you’re all just guardian reading liberals who can’t take a joke.... oh yeah and he sometimes feels a bit low like fury which causes him to act out.

Hearn said Saunders does a lot for charity, which might be true. But if you want BJS to get credit for the good stuff, he also deserves heavy criticism for all the bad stuff he does.

I presume the negatives largely outweigh the positives for Saunders.

The cynic in me says that he is advised to do the charity work to try to go someway to papering over the gaping holes in his personality. Imagine what he'd be like if he was never a pro boxer.

The video from MJP of him and Galahad taking the **** out of the elderly man was the worst. That was someone’s granddad getting videoed, no respect. I see MJP doesn’t hang around him much any more, she was clueless.

Is he still an active fighter? I haven't seen him and Eubank Jr fight for God knows how long. I assumed they're retired.

There was rumours around that time of MJP getting made airtight by a BJS-Galahad-Brook trifecta. Pretty easy to guess who went where. No idea if true.

It was odd wasn’t it. Always interviewing BJS, Galahad and Dom. Did she not realise that no one wants to see them.
