Or just came to different type of injury or one being just worst? And why i should even explain that, its close to the brain.
From what I understand a torn rotator cuff is tremendously painful, especially for a boxer when you’re putting the pressure of throwing punches into the tear That must’ve been hard to endure for as long as he did. And I can fully see him pulling the plug because It could’ve resulted in permanent injury, and been the end of his career
Unfortunately most shoulder injuries are tremendously painful, some more than others ofc. At the begining i have a shoulder inflammation on the tendon and on the long head of the biceps. Yeah but i was idiot and was keep pushing in boxing and in the gym at that time, and this injury become chronic, and still gives me trouble and minimize the exercise i could do. There was a time that was that painful, that i couldn`t for example hold my phone on the ear. Less than 10 seconds and i needed to bring my arms down, because the pain was ridiculous. There is a pain and a pain. With certain type of pain you can handle it, but certain are so annoying its not even real. For boxers the worst injuries are the shoulder one. You won`t be the same after that, and the shoulder injury can comeback again, even if you are careful. In the football for example, knee injuries are the worst. Same thing, a lot of footballer are just not the same after that type of injuries.
This content is protected Observe how British warrior Danny Williams (already shot to smithereens) responded to the same injury. When the going got tough, Vitali simply lacked the minerals.
Did Williams injury require surgery? I doubt it. BTW, Vitali pounded Williams. I see you are a new poster here, head up the mods tend to boot alts.
In an extremely dramatic fight, Williams suffered a dislocated right arm, yet very bravely fought on with one arm over two rounds before knocking Potter out with a left uppercut.[2] After an eight-month layoff for surgery and recovery, Williams returned to knock out a respected opponent – Kali Meehan in 32 seconds,[3] and then avenged his defeat to Francis, stopping the 36-year-old on an eye injury in the 4th round.[
Okay good data. A disclosed arm injury is not the same as a torn shoulder. And Williams only had it for two rounds, Vitali had a torn shoulder, which is a much worse injury and fought with it for six rounds. Vitali toyed with Williams.
Vitali's injury was nowhere near as bad as Williams. HBO had no clue he was injured until he retired on his seat. Ringsiders can easily pick up on injuries if they are serious.
No vitali stopped the bout. Nobody else. You’ve not watched the fight. ‘No more pain. Stop the fight’
Williams arm looked like a dead limb hanging off his shoulder, Vitali didn’t even have an obvious injury to the point people accused him of making it up as an excuse to quit. Yes Vitali obviously hammered Williams, he just clearly lacked the same kind of heart and desire to win that a real tough guy like Danny showed throughout his career.
It wasn't as bad of a tear for Holyfield. Okay, his lawyer said it. Vitali had the same injury and beat Chisora.
Vitalis ‘injury’ against Chisora was extremely dubious to say the least. Couple more rounds Delboy would have had him out of there.
