I remember the Sharmba Mitchell fight, I seem to remember he performed terribly as much as Kostya was great...I do think that was a last stand of a past prime great fighter Tsyzu v Hatton. Hatton though, at 140, with Billy Graham and the spiteful hunger and fitness, was a ****ing monster, he might be to much for prime KT, he was so strong and relentless and beat some very good fighters

 

That's my point, I was starting to fallow Hatton closely and knew he wanted to fight Tszyu, then Tszyu destroyes Mitchell, right after that Hatton announces he is to challenge Tszyu. Tszyu proved to still be incredibly dangerous and that was a incredible victory for Hatton. Ok, Tszyu showed no signs of having a bad shoulder in the 2nd Mitchell fight, in fact he looked twice as devastating in the rematch than he did in the first one. So why bring the shoulder issue up now? As for the Witter fight, I agree, Ricky should have fought him at some point before his career was over. I don't think he could have lived it down if he would have somehow lost.
