No, he cant drink or eat anything that is not approved before a fight. He got caught trying to take hydroxycut which contains ephedra. It's (or was at the time) a legal over the counter preworkout supplement that could be used during training but not on the day of the actual fight. So he had to settle for coffee loaded with splenda instead lol

I disagree completely with you on all counts.
LOL, at your statement of turning the fight into a hugfest is Mayweather fighting his fight. LMAO!!!

I am not so sure about Pimp's divertion but it could possibly be reasonable to believe so. I mean the story of Mayweather blatantly ducked Margarito.

I'll admit I was guilty of jumping to the conclusion of Naz's brick theory, but as time's gone on and I've looked in to it more, this is about the conclusion I end up at as well.

    I think Margo got railroaded.

And I think it's sad that a juiced out Mosley with an actual verified track record of cheating wound up getting cast as the hero in the way things played out.

You know as well as I do that Floyd/Pac was a charade. Everyone knows it What with 750 ml of saline in his own home 24 hours before the fight. Gets caught breaking at least 3 of NSAC's own rules regarding IV's
The NSAC had to so something so they put out this statement " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong so we will not be investigating" ROFLMAO
Then to crown it all The Nsac issued a TUE for the saline THREE WEEKS AFTER the cheating coward got caught
In all things being fair that fight should have been made a N/C & Floyd severely punished BUT As we all know Floyd was Vegas cash cow he can do as wants Uncle Bob & his bandits will cover his ass
Now its De Ja Vu with Canelo taking over the cash cow mantle Boxing is
    being ruined by blatant corruption

The answer is simple Mayweather cannot FIGHT!!!! he runs, holds & elbow smashes & lets the Vegas judges give him the "wins"

But Floyd can receive 750 ml of saline in his own home with no prior TUE applied for. Three of NSAC's own rules broken at the time. Cash cows get special treatment in Vegas dont they ?? lol

Actually, I liked Margarito a great deal prior to his cheating. Now, he gets no respect or support from me. I am not convinced with his arguement to defend himself. If something compelling comes out that supports his innocents, then I will change my view.

Something compelling already did come out, Robert Garcia stating that thin piece of gauze even if it was smeared with plaster wasn't going to make a difference when you put a boxing glove over it.

Of course Mayweather can fight. Whether he can do it against a Pacquiao who's coming at you with both guns blazing I now have my doubts.
I used to be of the belief that Mayweather could handle Pacquiao's offensive bursts easier than Marquez, because Mayweather is very good at turning on a dime and unleaching quick and accurate one two's.
Mayweather just couldn't do what I thought he could without putting Pacquiao in a clinch because every time Mayeather would turn and fire a shot, Pacquiao legs would keep up and he'd be right there still in position to punch at Mayweather, unlike Marquez who would use head and waist movements to avoid the shots, Mayweather simply took a step forward and held Pacquiao for dear life.
When a fighter repeatedly holds another fighter like that, something has got to be done by the referee as its illegal to keep doing that as a tactic to stop aggression.
Nothing was ever said to Mayweather and just seeing how that fight played out, I'm not so sure Mayweather could beat Pacquiao without using the clinch as a tactic.

There is only 2 times in Voids career he was genuinely threaten and scared.

    Margarito and maybe Pacquiao.

He has the tools to beat both of course but was overcome with fear.

That he acted scared outside the ring and in the ring. Hugging and running etc. Stuttering speech looking over his back and refused to face the Tijuana Tornado.

Dead give away is how well behaved he was. He is usually trash talking and choking his opponents. For some reason he was doing odd behaviors.

Heck man what more do you want. There was nothing in his wraps but a used gauze pad as proven by the independant lab that tested them to be HARMLESS to his opponent. Though the official CSAC report omitted the "harmless" part. Yes Capetillo accidently put that pad in & he admitted that a technical offense at most . Over a year later at Margaritos hearing Robert Garcia asked to inspect the pad. He described it as " A gauze pad about the size of a credit card was soft & flexible & harmless STILL!!!!
Apparantly since then the pads have been " Mislaid " by the CSAC How convenient !!!!! There was NEVER any attempt to load gloves
