So does Jason Gavern have a great HW resume then?

Joshua, Washington, Zhang, Wilder, Browne, Cunningham, Wach all have a place on his record. I mean, all losses but there nonetheless. In fact, by your measure journeymen must have some of the best resumes in boxing.

To be fair to Gavern, he did beat Sconiers...

I don’t think the Wilder fan base can comprehend that a win over Klitschko itself far exceeds anything Wilder has done ,and Wlads a guy himself that Wilder was not going to fight ,another puncher coincidentally.

Razor Ruddock did better against Sconiers at age 40 something then Wilder did . People say Wilder is the biggest puncher but fail to remember guys like Ruddock who actually knocked out formidable guys in more devastating fashion .

This clown still persisting with this WORLD CHAMPION nonsense when he started a thread stating on Feb 22 2020 a new HW WORLD CHAMPION would be crowned ( cos he thought Wilder would win) now Wilder has fought the World Champion twice already even though by his own admission that accolade was attained by the winner of the fight between Wilder on Fury on 22 Feb!! If he takes the third fight it will be the first time he's fought this so called World Champion, even by his own admission but he carries on with this nonsense!! Stop feeding the troll people!

Joshua has the weaker punch resistance.
Ruiz isn't a power puncher, he's not even a true HW.

I find it hard to believe Joshua would still be standing after the same shots Ortiz landed on Wilder. And there's no way Joshua would have lasted as long as Wilder did in the Fury fight taking those kinds of clean power shots.

I mean he took 11 rounds of bombs off of Wlad.

Ruiz was a temple shot he never recovered from, he’s actually been hit the majority of the time by that punch when he’s been stunned and dropped. E.g. Whyte/Wlad/Ruiz.

Either way neither of them are granite, so who’s cares.

How do you account for Joshua taking clean shots off Wlad Klitschko including the huge right hand that’s often ended the challenge of many heavyweights. Also the left hook from Whyte that’s ended Browne, Chisora, Takam and decked Parker?

This. After the first couple of rounds it looked like Fury was carrying Wilder out of pity. After Wilder’s ear got busted Fury could’ve immediately finished him, but seemed take his foot off the pedal to let Wilder survive a couple more rounds out of professional courtesy and kept giving Bayless every opportunity to stop the fight, so he didn’t have to knock Wilder unconscious.

Joshua took clean hooks and uppercuts in the fight against povetkin too. Sure Pov broke his nose in the 1st or 2nd round

Wilder drew with Fury (and floored him twice) and lost by stoppage to Fury. He didn't lose three times.

Hearns drew with Leonard (and floored him twice) and lost by stoppage to Leonard. Does anyone on this goddamn site ever bring up the fact that Hearn fought Leonard twice?

Let me rephrase that. Does a day go by on this board when someone doesn't mention Leonard and Hearns fought twice?

All people in classic talk about is how many times so-and-so fought so-and-so when talking about resumes.

Wilder has lost once in 44 fights to the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. He also drew and floored the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. He's also fighting the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION in October.

The only guy on this site who seems to get ZERO credit for fighting the VERY BEST in his division (THE WORLD CHAMPION) not once, not twice but THREE TIMES (later this year) ... is Wilder.

So **** off, small dick. How small does your ***** have to be to threaten to punch someone on a boxing board?

And another question for ya DUBBLEANAL, How the **** can you still be such a Super fanboy of a fighter who has concocted the worst possible BULL**** EXCUSES than any other boxer has ever done in the whole history of the sport.

Wilder is such an embarrassment, he doesn't deserve fans, and that includes a scrub like you!

One more thing, have you ever posted anything not related to Beoncey 'suit of Sauron' Wilder?

Maybe he's DW's son? Seems to be the only reasonable explanation for his uber-loyal defense of Wilder.

Power is MUCH more than just having a hard punch. Proper connection is the key. For example, Pernell Whitaker dropped ODLH in their fight. Tito, Shane, Vargas, Mayorga..none of them were able to. Don't believe ANYONE would suggest Sweet Pea hits harder than those four.
