Yeah, turned that one on a second ago. At one point he lightly shoves him and the guy drops like a brick lol. Watched his fight with Gospic too. He doesn't look obviously terrible. Jabs his way in and bangs off those wide combos. Few times I saw these guys try to get his respect he just kind of shelled up and waited his turn though. Faith in that static high guard is a liability. Like his body work. Impossible to gauge him off this level opposition. Will keep tabs on him going forward though.
Salita has Franklin, Wallin, and Baby Miller too. If Davtaev is actually fighting in Canada maybe he could get Makhumudov or Kean or Carman or somebody. That's something I guess. Idk if Salita has ever matched with an Estephan fighter though. Carman isn't with them I don't think. Romanov iced him in a round last year.
Well there's Dainier Pero, 2019 World Youth Champion. He and his brother defected from Cuba recently.
Putting him in there with Miller after one or two quick step up fights would work for me. At 30 he needs to start getting a move on if he wants to make serious noise.
Oh, I doubt Salita eats his own fighters that way. Especially Miller. He could still get an AJ fight when AJ tries to come back to the US.
Miller's working with Arum now no? And I can't see Joshua giving Miller a shot voluntarily. He prob blames a big part of his MSG nightmare on his fat ass.
Managed by Salita, promoted by Arum. So I guess Miller would be locked to ESPN now. AJ has to come back to the US sometime. Idk who he'll fight. DAZN can always buy somebody off PBC like they have been. Kownacki would've been a good option. He packed out venues in NY. No clue now.
Sanchez has a few advantages over Ortiz like age , speed , abilities to force a punch to land sooner on a front foot and better footwork. I’d say this makes him a more rounded fighter . I’d say his sneaky right is harder to get around then Ortiz left which he requires timing more then just flicking it out there where it lands easier for Sanchez .
Yes, the Pero brothers are now both based in Germany and Leinier is 27 years old while Dainier is on 20 years old. Jose Larduet is also based in Germany and while he's already 30 years old he has a ton of amateur experience, a swarmer with lots of power. In World Series of Boxing he beat Jalalov twice, Nistor, Kunkabayev Omarov, lost a controversial SD to Makhmudov and got stopped by Hgrovic in his 2nd fight in WSB (Hgrovic eats pressure fighters for breakfast). Besides that he has only been stopped once in 158 amateurs fights and that was in 2007... Back to the topic, atm there are a few interesting up and coming HWs from Cuba in the pro ranks.
And it begins. (LOL) Why is he AT LEAST 10 years older than he claims? 10 years (or MORE) ... when you aren't 90 years old, is a lot of years. Where's the proof?
