Well I'd want Archie to win but I think Morrison would. After watching the ESPN documentary about him and reading his book, I have zero respect for Morrison. I felt sorry when Lennox beat him up, now when I watch it I'm glad as well as the Bennt, Mercer, and Puritty fights.

The Foreman Morrison beat was better than ANY heavyweight Moore beat. Ruddock was still dangerous and went 12 rounds with Tyson.

But you did mention some interesting names. Patterson who had speed and power, but not size and like Morrison had a shaky chin blew Archie Moore out in 3 rounds. Okay, what happens when Morrison lands? It would be over quickly. Patterson is 30+ pounds lighter than Morrison was.

This match is a light heavyweight, who didn't have the best durability in the world, vs. one go the hardest punchers at heavyweight of all time.

 

Moore was up and down like a yo-yo vs Yvon Durelle. Durelle was a medium level punching light heavyweight. Watch that fight, and tell me if you think he's last vs Morrison.

Moore would need to catch Morrison early and avoid his quick hands and power, or wait for him to gas to win.
