Lol, Mayweather had the T/E ratio of a 99 year old man. A low T/E ratio for an athlete is a serious red flag. It's an indication that he used something to counteract high ratio and ended up with much less. Mayweather always masked his PED use, either with this method or with 700 mL of IV fluids.

Needless to say, corrupt USADA didn't follow a low ratio with CIR test, that's why Mayweather paid them so much.

The CIR test was apparently too costly for USADA to do... yet VADA does is and charges MUCH less then USADA.... Go figure huh?

Show me credible links not Filipino biased articles stating opinion and not fact.

Here are the facts, Pacquiao sued Mayweather for defamation of character, the defamation being that Mayweather directly or indirectly alluded to Pacquiao being on PED's...…….
Now what does Pacquiao's side asking for Mayweather's medical records have anything to do with Mayweather defaming Pacquiao???
Any court in the land would sustain Mayweather's objection to turning over his private medical records.

It was a counter attack. Who knows what the play was, but it was brilliant. You should ask a lawyer.

    It worked though, didn't it?

Pacquiao's team might have asked for Mayweather's medical records, but I guarantee you one thing, that wouldn't be cause alone for Mayweather to settle his case against Pacquiao.
Unless I'm missing a key occurrence during the pre-hearings in Pacquiao's lawsuit against Mayweather, no court in the land would have forced Mayweather to hand over his medical records.

What I'm saying is that Mayweather deciding to settle vs Pacquiao had noting to do with Mayweather having to turn over his medical records if he proceeded with the case and not settled. It was a non-factor because the court wasn't about to force Mayweather to turn over his medical records.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't know why Pacquiao's legal team made this request, but it clearly was a strategic move. What I do know is that Mayweather settled shortly after this motion was filed.

More importantly re: my post, I believe Pac is clean because he's demonstrated the ability to hurt/stun/drop opponents whilst being VADA-tested. And he stunned Mayweather twice in a fight where Floyd controlled the testing.

Testing clean 6 weeks out from a fight doesn't mean a damn thing. Fighters like Mayweather who are always in the gym are on PED's and training when they don't have a fight schedule, then the cycle off the drugs so that it doesn't show in their system by the time the fight is signed and the testing begins.
Mayweather isn't the only fighter that does that, I suspect Pacquiao does it as well.
The whole Jamaican track team in on PED's yet they come up clean when they're tested during competition.
A fighter that tests clean doesn't mean they're clean.
Testing only deters fighters from taking PED's during the few weeks leading up to the fight, but they're still reeking the benefits of having been in shape with the help of PED's prior to the fight being signed.

Its obvious what he had been doing BUT as we all know Mayweather was Vegas & NSAC's cash cow. The man that cannot be allowed to lose.
Anyone that believes a word Mayweather, The NSAC USADA or Vegas boxing say must either be very naive or just plain stupid. Who controls boxing in Nevada (Vegas) ?? The NSAC Say no more

    Great post.

Nobody can objectively read these without questioning many things.

How on earth could the NSAC NOT have been notified at the time?

How can you have a RETROACTIVE TUE?

All of this information makes Bob Bennett’s final statement absolutely worthless.

Or it's from boxing. Lamont Peterson and James Toney had thr same problem (but Toney did use PEDs too).

What is the point of this post?

Mayweather beat the pancit out of Manny. He simply outclassed Manny. He was able negate Pac's offense, completely shutting it down.

Mayweather achieved this through superior skill and boxing ability. He did not beat Pac due to superior strength, size or power.

Matweather's complete victory had nothing to do with PEDs.
