His stock is very low right now and whilst he got the job done against a heavy Ruiz second time round, few were truly impressed.

Can he regain traction by dispatching Pulev in ruthless fashion, or will he labour once more?

Yeah. He should smash him inside 4 rounds.

AJ's stock is not low though is it?
Mega pay days still on the horizon

You surely mean condfidence in him is low esp amongst the more knowledgeable fan

He can restore it, sure but thinking about it ever since Vlad knocked him down he hasnt really knocked out anyone
    Stopped yea, KO no

I think Pulevs a good way to restore confidence and believe by the 9th once AJ is comfortable he will put him on his ass

His stock is still above anyone else. I picked Ruiz in the rematch like a lot of people on here so why wouldn't I be impressed. Joshua KO under 10rds.

Hopefully. I fully understood the way he fought against Ruiz given the huge pressure that was on him and the memories of the previous fight. Complete no risk approach. Fair enough.

i'm hoping he'll be much more aggressive against Pulev who is a decent technician but offers little to worry Joshua.

Fake news. His stock isn't low at all you've just made that up lol.

I hope the fight with Pulev falls through. I've never rated him and he will just turn up for the pay day against Joshua, AJ Knocks him out in 6.

All i want is Joshua Vs Fury. Don't care about the politics. Give the people what they want and make it happen.

It'll look like the Wlad performance, only it will take half the time.

Hopefully AJ retires Pulev. He just lingers like a bad smell.

Pulev has a good jab to the head and body but nothing else special.

I see this going the same way as the povetkin fight with pulev landing early but stopped eventually

I wouldnt say his stock dropped, hes still the only HW capable of selling out a stadium let alone regularly selling out stadiums.

However you have fans who have jumped on the bandwagon and AJ is now criminally undderated.

I think we will see AJ fight on front foot in a aggressive manor for first time in a long while. AJ has just done the gauntlet of HWs with the best chin in the divison in Ruiz, Parker and Povetkin, hence why AJ had to fight more cautiously. Pulev although arubably the best jab in divison, doesnt have the toughness that these 3 guys possess. Pulev despite having a good defence, has limited head movement and moves forward and back in vertical lines making him a predictable target for AJ.

I reckon AJ stops him within 6.

If he stops Pulev, which he should in the middle rounds = faith restored.
If he labours to a points win = doubts will remain.
    If he loses = disaster.
    Simple in my humble opinion.

Pulev fits the bill nicely shot/fat/midget two out of three ain’t bad. Guy played out a dull nil nil with an acne ridden hughie fury if I’m not mistaken? Tier two fodder, perfect chinny robot opponent.

I don't like Pulev either. It's frustrating that he keeps clogging up the division.

He beat him easily. Cut or no cut, Hughie is not on that level.

Joshua's done three training camps to prepare for Pulev now. He helped Wlad prepare for Pulev, he trained for him in 2017 then fought Takam instead and now there's this training camp. I think he'll want to fight Pulev anyway, A) as a tune up and B) because it seems like such a waste to put in all that effort and not fight the guy
