Can you think of a heavyweight better than Luis Ortiz who never won a title?

I think the word used was better and Ike was better than Ortiz and very well skilled. Probably about equal skills wise but Ike had more in his arsenal as well as more durable and hit harder. Ike had a similar skills set to his brother in Christ Evander Real Deal Holyfield.

What exactly is so good about Luis Ortiz? The guy is as unproven as one can get, and avoided any real threats apart from Wilder. Avoided Povetkin, avoided Wladimir Klitschko, avoided Vitali Klitschko, avoided Dereck Chisora, avoided Kubrat Pulev, avoided any relevant heavyweght. The only proof of his credibility is beating Bryant Jennings. I mean, what exactly is so special about this hype-job? The guy is slow, has ponderous footwork, spams one-dimensional straight-line attacks that could be seen from a mile away by any credible heavyweight and has a limited active guard.

At least, I think the names I mentioned above are of a similar level to Ortiz.
