Again, why are you so hung up on this? One more time. Pac's lawyer moved to subpoena Floyd's medical records. Floyd subsequently settled the case. We can reasonably deduce that it was a strategic legal play that paid off — literally. I ask yet again — why are you so hung up on this? Do you have a link that explicitly and factually states that Floyd didn't settle because of the subpoena? Floyd doesn't like to lose and if his legal team thought that there was nothing to hide, they would have let the judge shoot it down (like you say with 100% certainty the judge would have done). Remember, this is a guy who paid JMM $600,000 for the catchweight penalty and $1,500,000 to Maidana to not wear his preferred, commission-approved gloves. Legal fees weren't the issue here. And you're wrong — if the situation was reversed, and Pac settled a case after his medical records were subpoenaed, he'd be burned at the stake and deemed guilty.
VADA did not exist when Floyd insisted on compulsory comprehensive blood and urine Olympics style drug testing for his fights. No need to change to VADA as USADA was effective.
Floyd ducked VADA and drug test penalties. He was caught using needles and illegal IV fluids. Floyd is a disgraceful drug cheat.
How could he be cheating when VADA did not even exist when he signed up with USADA? When was he caught?
Floyd Mayweather has never failed a drugs test so this post is irrelevant. Had he failed then it would have some legs but he did not.
If he had USADA would have banned him. Saline and Vitamin C are not banned fluids or substances you numpty.
A beating is what Floyd gave Marquez winning every minute of every round and making Marquez look inept proving once again that Marquez has trouble with boxers. Floyd outpointed Pac he didnt give him a beating and Marquez needed a truck full of peds provided by Memo Heredia to finally beat Pac he couldnt do it with just drinking his own ****. Facts .
Like I said thicko he did not have banned substances in his system! Unless saline used to treat injuries and Vitamin C are banned performance enhancing substances. Go to school and learn young man.
Except if you read the links, they’re not effective. No CIR tests. They only test one sample. They don’t notify the state commissions. They only produce summary’s and not the comprehensive results. Floyd tells them when he wants them to start testing. It’s all BS. If Floyd had been clean and he really thought that Manny was dirty, he’d have wanted Manny to sign up to WADA or VADA, that had CIR testing and all year round random tests. Yes, I agree with you that during the first round of negotiations back in 2010-2011, they weren’t on the scene. But the fight didn’t actually happen until 2015. So he could definitely have chosen one of those 4 years later. The whole thing was a joke. We ended up with a public statement from Bob Bennett, stating that Floyd hadn’t done anything wrong. Yet the guy literally didn’t know anything about the IV until almost 3 weeks AFTER the fight. Which means that his statement wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on. It was absolutely worthless. But he obviously must have felt that that was his best choice of action.
Are you serious? Why have you not read the links? Go and read them. Post no.63 If you go and read them, you’ll realise how silly your statement is. It’s got more than just legs. Go and see for yourself. And no, they’re not an anti-Floyd bashing links that are agenda driven. I can assure you they’re not. They’re not all solely focused just on Floyd, it’s looks at the whole boxing landscape in general. They’re both interesting and worrying at the same time. Corruption and incompetence. If you don’t read them, there’s no point carrying on with the debate.
I have read it thoroughly and as I said Floyd never failed a drugs tests or had banned substances in his system. Are Vitamin C and saline banned substances?
