Vitali's output exerts more pressure on Haye over the course of the bout and he either stops DH later or wins a UD.

 

It'd look like a slightly faster paced version of the Valuev fight, which I thought Valuev won. So Vitali on points against a ducking, swerving ambush punching Haye. Would probably be a very dull and frustrating looking fight.
