    Canelo by a country mile.
SRL was a skinny welterweight, he stands no chance whatsoever.
Canelo is bigger and hits twice as strong.

Trust an old timer like me who has been around against these guys Canelo gets dropped and stopped. It does not mean he does not have a great chin it’s just levels. In that era he won’t have been a champion. Some of the contenders were frightening. Imagine what Mike McCallum would have done to Canelo!

Same way he stopped the skinnier Mayweather and Lara! Please behave and let’s have a sensible debate. I am a Canelo fan but let’s be honest. It’s no disrespect losing to these legends who are amongst the best ever.

A lot of trolls are coming out of the wood works.

Canelo couldn't even beat GGG without gifts, but he's going to beat the Fab 4?

I take it's 15 rounds SRL UD or late stoppage.

Anytime Leonard couldn't solve a problem he just punched his way through it. I don't think he could stop Canelo, but he could probably put a hell of a pace on him for 12-15 rounds. With his quick feet and jab, it's a tall order to sit back and counter or walk him down.

Leonard beats him wide at 154.
Hagler beats him at 160, far more active
Hearns beats him at 154, hit like a mule and could box
Duran is out of his comfort zone but if Canelo boils to 152 I’d fancy Duran.

Fact Duran made himself part of that conversation is nuts, he was a career 135er

Cause he's ****ing bigger, that's why. They invented weight classes for a limit, you know.
Duran was at his best as a lightweight, SRL as a welterweight. Neither stands a ****ing chance.

Hearns and Hagler are the only ones that can beat Canelo, but it's a 50:50 match as far as I'm concerned.

Wide points victory for SRL who finishes the bout virtually unmarked while Canelo would look like he’d been tenderised by a meat hammer
