I wanted to buy an X1 simulator from these guys but now I see that they have more simulators .I like everything especially X5 for legs . I asked on this forum about simulators X1 and X5 but no one answered anything. There are specialists on this forum or alone trolls))?

Those dude's heavy punches are barely moving the mitts. I don't think the device works.

I don't see the purpose in purchasing these kits.
Want to get stronger arms while shadowboxing? Use dumbbells.
    Want stronger legs? Run.
Want stronger knuckles? Do pushups on your knuckles.
Want to always be on your toes? Make it a conscious effort. Don't need to buy a foot-ring for it.

You can do everything the kit wants to sell to you for free.

    Maybe I'm just old-school

The foot thing makes him look like a stripper trying to walk in 6-inch heels. It doesn’t put him on the balls of his feet, it elevates the heel WAY too high. That’s not how it’s done.

I guess the weight thing is a little less cumbersome than a light dumbbell but whatever.

The pushup thing, um, well it’s a pushup thing.

    I’d pass.

I used dumbbells all the time I throw the bar in front of me I hit the tire with a sledgehammer but the force of my blow does not change

I did not say it would make you more powerful. Just give you stronger arms, stronger arm muscles.

You can't effectively increase power, it's natural. There are ways to increase it, yes, but it's not like every time you do [exercise] you get more powerful - it comes with natural strength.

Yes, I understand you. I'm primarily interested in the x1 simulator. After all, if your wrist is weak, then the loss of impact force will be large?
