This. Joshua should’ve learned his lesson about underestimating opponents with Ruiz. I’m not high on Pulev, but despite his age he’s still pretty mobile and can put punches together well.

Joshua still throws his punches really wide and stands square a lot, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Pulev manages to sneak a shot right down the middle on Joshua’s chin.

He beat chisora and h. Fury but those guys are not on Joshua's level and he wasn't spectacular in doing it though he probably beat chisora with less difficulty than whyte

Pulev's been stinking up the top ten for years now. He's got a weaker resume than Wilder FFS and would have been retired years ago if he'd managed to find what's left of his shrivelled gonads and fought someone half decent more than once every four years.

If he just does his upright herky jerky mummy routine, pumping out his jab and tying up Joshua every time he comes near I can see him lasting a wee bit longer than that. Sooner or later Joshua gets mean, starts clubbing Pulev in the clinch, pushing him off and upping the pressure. At some point he lands something through Pulev's arms out chin in the air defence, Pulev's eyes go all squinty and he collapses to the canvas with his arms still held out and a line of dribble coming from his mouth.
