I wouldn't say it's guaranteed, but it's cerainly close. Jeffries top wins are:

    Fitzsimmons I
    Fitzsimmons II
    Sharkey II
    Corbett I
    Ruhlin I
    Sharkey I
    Goddard
    Corbett II
    Armstrong
    Jackson
    Griffin I

Yeah, that question was rhetorical. My point is that Charles' wins are definitely better. Walcott 2*, Layne 3*, Louis, Maxim 3*, Bivins, Ray, Lesenvich, Satterfield ect. is a brilliant résumé, and imo much better than both Dempsey and Jeffries'.

Well, much more is overstatement to me. I think I'd have Jeffries slightly ahead and Dempsey a bit below in terms of best wins.

I respect logical opinions but boy is that a delusional thought, as long as you stick by 7.2% belifs you will enter Preemhala Lewis over Holyfield or not.

    Saint Primo save you George...

Mike Tyson is going to hit the canvas hard the first fight he has against a top 20 heavyweight contender. His super-fans should stop egging him on and instead try to talk him out of it, he is going to get hurt.

That Galento was the equivalent of Tua.
That Max Baer was a master boxer on par with Tyson Fury
That Bill Brennan and Billy Miske were excellent opponents to beat
That Firpo would have made top 10 in the 70s-current ers
That Primo Carnera would also make top 10 anytime from the 70s-current era

But then Charles lost to Walcott twice, lost to Nino Valdes, lost to Rocky Marciano.

And what had Bivins, Maxim, and Lesenvich really done at heavyweight?

Charles is clearly better P4P, but Jeffries was the better heavyweight IMO

I don't know if this one is unpopular or not but i think that a peak 1990-91 holyfield would beat a green 1963 cassius clay

Personally, I'd pick Walcott to beat Jeffries himself. Marciano, too. So I don't really see that as a valid criticism. Valdez was when Charles was past prime. Marciano, too. Also, why are losses such a big deal? I've never got that.

Bivins beat Moore, Maxim, Murray, Sheppard and clearly peaked around 185. Actually, I'd say he has a better HW résumé than Corbett.

Lesenvich didn't really do much. But he was a LHW champ 3 months before hand.

Maxim was a sitting LHW champ, with wins over 2 future HW champs, wins over Lowry, Sheppard and draws with Valentino.
