Wow wrong about that 1,after closer 2nd round Cejudo with impressive TKO win after landing knee on a ducking Cruz then followed with a flurry of punches
Dipped right into the knee. Timed the unnecessary herky jerky movement. Cruz missed with the right uppercut but was hoping it blinded Cejudo. Dipped right into it damn. Cruz showed a good chin tho, he wasn't out & wanted up
Not worst stoppage ive seen obv but in boxing and mma world title or major fights, i generally think the refs need to give fighters any benefit of the doubt and while Cejudo landed did land a big knee and a dozen unanswered shots he was never out.
Was a dumb move, has a midget in front of him, jerking around and put his head down with no cover to the perfect position for Henry to knee it off his shoulders. Why do that when you have reach and height.
Yeah he's generally a smart fighter but while he may have been behind in the fight,it was still early and wasn't really any need for it but hes just had so much time out with all the injuries etc. While he said something about rust not existing after the succesful comeback he had last time from 2 years away,it may have actually finally caught up with him as well as the age and wear and tear. Would like to see Cruz fight again but if he retires i wouldnt be shocked,he has a long career as broadcaster ahead pf him to fall back on after a hell of a career
Cejudo is a massive attention ***** trying to leverage a big pay increase from UFC,no chance he doesnt fight again
Another close 1 both landing big shots at the end with TFerg putting Gaethje down at the bell but ill give round to Gaethje 19-19
Expecting TFerg to come on strong at the end with better cardio so its a matter if Gaethje can keep it going he is lookin bit tired
