Didn't know boxing was a body building contest. Please educate me. I have only been doing this **** my whole life.
He’d probably win but you’re still forgetting the fact that Fury is still a pillowfisted heavyweight.
Yeah 100% Wilder was out on his feet and his legs were gone by round 3 and Fury for the life of him just couldn’t get a legit stoppage. Hes a very weak puncher for a man his size. Wilder is not a durable fighter and I’ve always said he had a suspect chin from watching the Molina and Ortiz fights. Fury is pillowfisted and it’s just a fact. Any heavyweight with decent power would have put Wilder away quickly if they had him in that state.
Fury fans don’t like the truth. he obviously hits hard he’s a 270 lb man but compared to AJ and Wilders power the dude is pillowfisted asf. He probably punches as hard as a decent cruiserweight. I definitely think Gassiev hits harder than him.
Mate, I don't think Fury would "kill" Sonny at all, but that fight was seven years ago. Fury is a vastly different fighter stylistically and physically. Fighters art 6'5" or so are physically mature at about 30. Fury is probably not physically mature TO THIS DAY! As for the fight, Sonny had an 85 inch reach and power, so I don't see it being a walk over of any sort, but I think Fury would outbox him. No offense, it is just the different eras. Liston's best victories are against guys who could have started out at LHW or cruiser, and were oft beaten. Again, not that they were bad fighters, just a different era. But let us not site Cunningham any longer. It was a great developmental fight for a guy who has taken a rocky road to being a great fighter. Also, he was not dropped "heavily" at all. Rewatch it on Youtube with objective eyes.
he looks like an athlete and not like a body builder. When was the last time a weight class was dominated by a chubby guy that was not one of britains 1000 tallest man?
