Barrera, Marquez, Morales, Solis, De La Hoya, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Bradley, Mayweather, Vargas, Horn, Mattyhsse and Thurman beat Paulie for me. Algieri and Rios would be a toss up. No knock on Paulie like him or hate him he fought some top guys and didnt shy away from the fight. He took on all comers. Just no fire power

Random drug testing wasn't really a thing before Cotto. He was hurting much bigger opponents with VADA. That says to me dude is clean.

Plus the added stamina, although you may have meant that when saying strength. As another poster said though, true on skills and tech.

 

Just because Paulie wasn't as good a fighter as Pac doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to make interesting points about Pac's career and the way he was able to run through opponents in multiple weight classes, I think that Paulie brings up some valid points. There are many more under qualified people that criticize Pac then Paulie.
As far as the topic goes I would give a prime Paulie a good chance to beat the versions of some of the guys Pac beat like Rios, Horn, Algieri, Vargas, Matthysse.

 

The difference is that he singles Pac out and his eyes light up every single time before going on 10 minute rants. He's just not consistent. Example, dude never once said anything Floyd's IV use.

 

That is because most people with common sense know there is nothing to really suggest that Floyd ever took PEDS. There is a lot of suspect things in regards to Pac's career but again no cold hard evidence.

I understand that you love Pacquaio and that the loss to Mayweather was devastating for hardcore Pac fans and the excuses since have been very sad and predictable. I like Floyd he was a great fighter and I believe he and Manny are both all time greats and it will be a long time before we see anybody close to their level. You should understand that not everyone who disagrees with you is a fanboy, I just call it how I see it and it is plain as day that you are a Pac fan boy who can not have an unbiased discussion on the topic.

 

I mean, other than low T/E ratios before the Guererro and Ortiz fights (a flag so red it comes with a hammer and sickle), and the illegal IV that is illegal precisely because it can be used as a masking agent. But yeah other than those three GIANT things nothing whatsoever.
