He broke at least 3 of the NSAC's own rules besides VADA's as you very well know. The fact the NSAC 's statement read " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating"? ROFLMAO Then they granted him a TUE for the saline THREE WEEKS AFTER he was caught red handed. All you come up with is " The Commission cleared him" ROFLMAO By their own words they never even investigated the claims so how the heck did they prove him innocent???? By their actions in both these cases the State Commissions merely proved how corrupt they are. The NSAC "cleared" a proven cheat The CSAC suspended a proven innocent man.
