I am not going to keep repeating the facts that have been directed at you previously. If you feel the Commission and USADA acted improperly Team Pacquiao or you could have applied to court for judicial review. They fact they have not is because they have no basis to bring a claim.
We know that they acted improperly. We also know why it was swept under the carpet. The fallout from such a thing would have destroyed the name of the sport.
That is your opinion which is incorrect. Like I said if you think it was wrong then challenge it legally which you won’t do so best you quit.
NSAC pretty much had to. They would be in a WORLD of hurt had they let the fight go on w/o that exemption and word got out. We're talking lawsuits, possible jail time, the betting outfits would go through hell returning bets made. But stuff like this is too big for the small minds of the board to comprehend.
You don’t know what I think nor can you bully me to agree with you. Even those who want to support you cannot get their facts right saying NSAC were afraid to stop the fight going on yet you say TUE was granted 3 weeks later. Frankly I am not bothered about the noise of posters ruling of USADA and NSAC are paramount on this issue.
It would have tarnished the sports name in full public view. Think of how many big fights have happened in Vegas over the years, under the NSAC. They did what they had to do.
YOU KNOW that USADA didn’t follow protocol and notify the NSAC. That is a documented FACT. So yes, WE BOTH KNOW that they acted improperly.
What are you talking about? Nobody has said that the NSAC were afraid to stop the fight. The NSAC had no knowledge of what had happened until 3 weeks after the fight. The reason that they didn’t know, is because BOTH USADA and Floyd’s team, DID NOT report it to them like they were legally obligated to do so. What me and Lance are saying, is that AFTER the event, it was in everyone’s best interest to just let it slide instead of opening up an investigation which would have done huge damage to all concerned.
Read his post. This is a non sequitur. Frankly on this NSAC point I am done because in my professional legal opinion you have no basis for your claims if you cannot take it to court.
You guys are all a bunch of fanboy cowards when it comes to addressing Floyd's TUE. "Professional Legal Opinion"... such a poser... Thread should read: "Olu is a faker"
There are some people I refuse to deal with. I don’t need to show them my professional accreditations. They call people cowards behind their keyboards but can’t man up Mano a Mano.
