    Sonny Liston, Zora Foley and Eddie Machen all died around the same sort of time.

    Coincidentally each of them were run during the heyday of the “managers Guild”.

    ya, Liston in '70, and the others in '72, all very mysterious. Oscar Bonavena was shot in '76. All very shady guys.

    I went down the Oscar Bonevena rabbit hole recently not only worthy of a thread or 8 but also a book and a movie! Talk about chaos!

    I’m wondering how much of his success was based on natural attributes as opposed to dedication?

    Yup it turned into a "Cleveland Williams was a bum and a featherfist and anyone who says otherwise need to find another sport.", now it's an investigation into boxing deaths. :lol: Gotta love ESB

    it's a strayed thread about an absurd and overstated argument. The 60s division is pretty interesting if you want to entertain conspiracy theories.

    The Grassy Knoll had to do with The JFK Assassination in 1963, conspiracy theory.
