Floyd is just faster, bigger and stronger than Loma. I don't think Loma's wizardry will work on Void.Floyd the one that was fast and exciting that one probably stops Loma.

Floyd would have never taken the fight.

Mayweather was very awkward with Southpaws, he was never comfortable at all.

He didn't look natural and comfortable fighting a southpaw until well into his WW days when he fought Guerrero. He didn't even look smooth in those early rounds with Victor friggin' Ortiz. The high guard he employed with Judah wasn't ever going to come close with Loma.

He was even less ready in his 135 days. There's a reason that Floyd sr. mandated to the team from prison that no southpaws were to be scheduled.

Loma is the only fighter in the past 20yrs that I confidently pick to beat Floyd. Im pretty sure Pacman (2010 or earlier) does the deed at 135, 140 or 147 but im not as confident.

Floyd would have KTFO Lomachenko like he did most of his Southpaw opponents.

That Castillo would beat Loma though, as well as everyone on Loma's resume.

I'd like to say Floyd easily but Loma made Linares look foolish, who is a very decent boxer. So who knows. But can Linares handle Floyd's power at that weight? I also think Loma's style is well suited for technical boxers, because it gives him time to think.

    Would be a great fight.

    Floyd.

Love me some Loma, but Floyd takes it at this weight. He has a LOT of reach and uses it damn well. Not an easy fight for him by any means but I don't see him losing. Alright, I thought he lost the first fight to Catillo but he won the rematch clear and Castillo is a good fighter anyways.

Loma is too small cuts up too easily. His reach is too short so he will have to overextend himself as he came in against a master. Linares caught and dropped loma with a short right hand pbfs right hand is light years better more accurate with more power. He would land that punch all night on loma. Bad match up for loma.
