"If he had wanted to go for the knockout, he would have done so at certain times. From the first round he had already busted his eye, but that was against my discipline and my tactics. From a tactical point of view, it was giving him the sweet science I wouldn't say Tommy Hearns against Sugar Ray, because you know how it was, but the stale fighter against the shorter arm one; there is a way to get the victory and he doesn't go there looking to knock out. If the knockout comes, you take it, but don't go in there to look for it, "said Anthony Joshua.

Yeah right.. I respect him doing what he had to do to get the victory but cut the crap please.. He didn’t press for the KO because he was scared of a repeat of the first fight..

    Looooool this guy is dilusional

What happened was Eddie Hearns was sending Ruiz anonymous food parcels and Pizza Hut family feasts day and night in the build up

Ruiz turned up at 285lbs of pure fat and AJ couldn't belive his luck, 12 rounds of AJ acting like a ballerina with a gimpy leg and PTSD followed as an immobile slug like Ruiz practically begged AJ to put him out of his misery, and AJ could not do it.

I doubt the bodybuilder really believes that since he had 11 rounds to get the job done. I literally remember one significant punch in the 12th where he cut Ruiz's eye. And the rest was a zoolander dance off. Put Lewis in there and I doubt the blob makes it past 7 rounds.

He was on his bicycle all night because he didn't want to get knocked off it by a person living with obesity again.

I would bet my house on it that Fury would never be able to stop Ruiz either in a million years.

    Please

Best case scenario for Ruiz is he gets "Chisora 2'd" and his corner throw in the towel once Ruiz begins to resemble a purple Asian man with weeping sores

Imagine a fighter with a KO-artist reputation telling us that he could have KO'd a guy but instead wanted to demonstrate the 'sweet science'. Imagine a fighter determined to get revenge on a guy who had humiliated him before the world ... by winning rounds.
Then imagine how utterly stupid and/or delusional you would have to be to be a fan of this utterly fake and conceited persona.

To put this in perspective, let's look at Fury, the nemesis of most AJ fans.
Fury wanted revenge on Wilder even though Fury won the first fight. He wanted revenge for being KD'd twice, he wanted payback before the world. Fury wasn't even KO'd in the first fight, wasn't KO'd by a gatekeeper, is not a KO-artist and therefore had every right to use a 'sweet science' defensive approach. Instead he went in there and tried to destroy Wilder, far riskier than trying to destroy a fat LHW, and ended up doing the job. Even if he'd been KO'd in the process it would have shown a thousand times the courage of AJ.

Fury stated he wasn't going to be satisfied if he didn't stop Wilder. AJ was very satisfied to sneak a victory against the guy who destroyed him.
