And you are a vast repository of knowledge of the sport.

Again, we are in debt to your immense contributions to this board.

I KNOW you are. At least I give first person accounts of past fights I attended and try to set the atmosphere, feelings, etc. Not just fantasy bull**** and then make insulting matchups to take yet another dig at a great. You're a clown. Everyone here knows yr agenda. You fool no one but yr dumbass self.

No, I have seen what others did. There are some quality clips from Corbett fight though and you can see him knocking Jim out with one counter to the body that was set up beautifully.

Do you have his weight numbers for Jeffries fights? If not, then I don't see why it's relevant.

Really amazing. Another great addition. You should put up a pay wall for this sort of insight.

By the way, have I made a pick in this match-up? Should I? Or should I just defer to the amazingly eloquent and insightful remarks you have presented? I'm kinda thinking of just hitching my wagon to the mighty oxen of your intellect.

I voted McClellan by KO just to be cheeky. I'm sure that's why the 9 others did too. While McClellan's chances of winning here are virtually none his chances of putting up a good scrap are pretty decent which is where I think the thought provocation comes in.

Perhaps because Jeffries was a clumsy oaf?

Who's to say that this Joe Walcott wouldn't have stopped Mike Tyson or young George Foreman?

If they weighed 163 lbs perhaps he would have, but they would not then be heavyweights would they ,and neither was Choynski, which is entirely my point!

    Yes but he wasn't.

There have been very few 220lb men since then, with his speed and reflexes!

These are the type of debates which make it clear we need footage to assess fighters properly.
