post more if you feel like it. Try not to consult Dr. Google if you can.

Name two fighters who both won and lost their titles via first round KO.

    Here’s one:

He won his world title from one guy with this name and made his first (successful) defense against another fighter with the exact same name.

Both had 23 wins when he met them.

    Who is this fighter?

Not then right answer, but always love the fact Yoshimitsu Yashiro fought two different Takashi Miura's, going 1-1-1 in the 3 fights against Takashi Miura(s)

Name a heavyweight challenger who received 2 title shots, and both times lost his previous bout (not to the defending champion)

    Golota.

Lost to Bowe before Lewis, lost to Ruiz before Brewster.

In addition to Golota, we also have Abe Simon - who in both his challenges against Joe Louis had lost his previous fight.

Bukkake, that is exactly the one I was thinking of. However, George got one too. One I wasn't even thinking about. In fact, that could have also been a trivia question on Golota as in, who received 3 title shots in a row? Albeit, 3 different organizations. But hey, whatever these days.

This world title holder was 0-3 in world championship fights.

    Who was he?
