This is a very solid and unbiased prediction of the fight. Can't say I disagree with any of it.

I'm not saying Haye beats Joshua per se. Just that he has a good chance and that ruling him out is foolish.

Yeah, I think Haye has a chance, but it revolves around Joshua making mistakes and leaving himself open. It also relies on a Haye whose timing and accuracy is absolutely pinpoint and not getting clipped himself. I don't see much in his past performances that would make me want to pick him over Joshua, though it's a live fight for sure.

Haye was never a HW Champ. Running away shouldn't get you a title.
And Valuev already had bone a joint problems before that fight.
Haye was a good CW but at most a journeyman at HW.

A good analysis, and I feel Haye has to land big quite quickly because he will not be able to ship Joshua's power. Haye never had a great chin at cruiserweight and Joshua just punches much harder than anyone he's ever faced, Wlad aside. It would probably go a little like that fight with Haye being widely outpointed or stopped if he gets too brave. Sure, if Haye lands with the right hook it could get very interesting. He was a very dynamic puncher, especially with the right. He very nearly stopped Valuev in the last round with a left right combo.

AJ would destroy Haye. Man was not a world class heavyweight.

That’s how low we are setting the bar for Joshua now? A blown up cruiserweight?

    Jesus.
