    lol I can't tell if that's AJ's body photoshopped with AR's!!!
It's either that or tainted mexican Heifer balls or is it coincidence Diet Snickers™ hit the market in early February??

I think some guys are naturally endomorphic and their frame naturally prefers to hold onto weight/bodyfat. And then when you have a guy who is naturally kind of a fat kid and then he eats way too much high calorie bad foods you end up with an obese fighter. And then that same guy trains and practices boxing. So his technique, cardio and speed is shocking for an obese man.

Ruiz could technically get lean. I mean if he went on a 500 calorie a day celery, carrot and egg diet he could probably burn off the fat, but then he would be left with terrible lethargic and atrophied body. Because he was never meant to be a body beautiful fighter in the first place.

This is an interesting comment and I want to understand what you mean by this. You're saying that if he were naturally smaller with that much added weight that it would affect his movement and fluidity correct?
I would typically agree with you, although I would also say that there's exceptions (which generally proves the rule that you're talking about), such as the great James Toney at heavyweight.
In my opinion, Ruiz and someone like a Parker have certain skills which allows them to walk into the ring with much less conditioning.
Maybe he is someone like a Toney. I would agree far more with your opinion however.

I'm certain it's him and if it's not there must be some kind of sorcery at play because I see it with thine own eyes.

He's a small HW carrying 50lbs excess blubber but a HW nontheless.

    Thick wrists

    Natural wide shoulders

    Watermelon sized head

He is a big boned guy. He aint now obese MW as some have suggested

it's a pretty convincing photo but if Andy ever did get in that sort of shape he'd much likelier than not have a fair bit of loose skin round his abs and probably other places too.

He'd have to lose 5 stone to make 200 pounds. Yeah he's a fat bloke but he has a thick frame and has been the way he is since a kid..... would he be able to hold a shot the same etc after getting down to that sort of weight. I doubt it.
