    But I agree about him being dishy. In fact, he still currently holds a place in the top half of Serge's official P4P top 10 most handsome boxers rankings

    Not really. Most of his best wins were against washed up and weight drained fighters. Also marquez won the 2nd and 3rd fight.

    That doesn´t mean you have a good resume. These records are impressive on paper. What really matters are the fighters you beat. He wouldn´t have have accomplished those records if he didn´t have ability to choose his opponent, make catch weights and fight in such a weak era. He would never have been a 8 division champion for example in the 80s. And really pacquiao moved up no more than 38 pounds. When theres fighters that moved up way more without catchweights or cherrypicking.

    Okay, so if his career is clearly fluff and manufactured according to you, why is it even impressive on paper? It should be so obvious that he shouldn't even be unanimously considered an ATG.

Pacquiao is not a natural welterweight but has been fighting welterweight division for a decade. Even all of the active junior welterweight boxers right now have size advantage over him. You see how pacquiao sacrifice weigth advantage by fighting boxers a way bigger than him. And at the age of 40 still fighting 10 years younger prime and elite and gets the win in a convincing fashion. Is that chsrry picking?

    Good one. When I googled Floyd Mayweather his children were listed as : Manny Pacquiao, Zion Shamaree, Ayanna, Jirah etc.
