This one was as bad as Dirrell Froch lol.. truly awful.. but an easy win for Klitschko. So no, it wasn't close, a massive stinker but Jennings looked like a clueless novice & Wlad like an old master who'd lost his memory & his carer

well respekt if ur on that boolshiz again but from my heart ima juss say, i feel like with wlad fights people always focus on the head and i think it unfairly misses body shots from his opponents but it was never worst on this than with jennings. peter II was another example but peter did get muffed up so he loss that one but still had some serious body work got ignored that was real power ish*

 

I regretfully decided to watch this fight not long ago. A stinker of a fight . Jennings took a few rounds but still lost fairly comfortably. Thankfully we don't have to watch Klitschko dominate the division anymore.

 

I think I gave Jennings 4 rounds when I watched it. Wlad clearly won, but he looked More beatable than ever.

 

It’s an odd one because 2 of his 3 fights before that he battered Pulev, and beat the 3rd best heavyweight of that generation in Povetkin (I know his tactics where questionable but the fight was close)

Then again Wlad was 39 at this point and had ruled the division along with his older brother for a number of years now, with no obviously outstanding contender out there.

In Wlad’s defence It could have just been an awkward stylistic match up or an off night.
I gave Jennings 4 rounds when I watched it live, in hind sight I was probably a little bit generous. It certainly seemed like the fight where Wlad’s dominant reign looked like it was coming to an end.

 

Wlad really struggled with Jennings. But old grandpa Ortiz stopped that fool in just 7 rounds. Really puts in perspective what Deontay would have done to old man Klitschko. Lol
