What comes to mind when you hear the volume punchers style? I picture Paul Williams , then

Vasily jirov: however he sucked at hw he still snatched a man's soul. He rendered it impossible for baby joe mesi to meet his dream of fighting Mike tyson in buffalo.
However his style at cw was to throw leather, face head arms gloves elbows body chin neck you name it. His best defence was his offence. Setting a fast pace.

Juan baby bull diaz-: could do everything in there. Power box, piston like jab. A good mixture of skills with heart to go along with it. When this kid had you on the ropes he would snatch men's souls: freitas, popo loved losing that fight btw from the way they carried him on his shoulders for in fact quitting. Victim #2 Billy irwin, he was tasting HUGE shots, enough to leave a buzzing in his ears while being interviewed partially deaf, amongst others.

Then dude sucra ray ray oliviera. I know he wasn't sugar but this kid was sweet. The way he went to war: punches in bunches a windmill machine breaking compubox records left and right, swarming with an all over offense that was steadily pressured. He was one of the best ESPN fighters to watch back in the day. Up until that crazy fight where he cried in pain while holding his head, scary, retirement came next I believe. Out of the 3 or 4 I mentioned sucra ray was my favorite volume puncher.

What fighters come to mind when you hear the word volume?

Frazier and Marciano were my answers.

Frazier and Ali set the record for punches throw in a heavyweight title fight during the Thrilla.

Marciano threw over 100 punches in round 15 of his first fight with Charles.

Not co-incidentally, my dream fight: Frazier VS Marciano.

Paul Williams threw his punch all the time while he was fighting. His name comes to mind when I hear the word volume.

Marcos Maidana was a volume puncher

It's often overlooked because punchers arnt normally able to maintain high work rates

    Greb
    Armstrong
    Durán

All top 10 P4P locks, and all vicious swarmer/volume Punchers.

My favourites are guys like Marvin Johnson, Kevin Kelley, Fighting Harada, Jeff Fenech and as of late I've liked Leon Spinks.
