Yes against ancient drug addict Dokes not prime dokes from late 70s-1984!
    He was knocked by Lewis,Jaco,Morrison...
Could not KO ancient Weaver and only SD him!
    Holmes KO prime Weaver!
Holmes would box his ears off!He showed him how in this video!

He'd have peaked longer if he didnt have 19 brute rounds with Tyson. His jaw was at the wrong place at the end of their second fight. Granted this wasnt Rooney's Tyson but after losing to Douglas, Mike did look motivated to regained the title. He had left behind some of his original techniques but physically I think Tyson was at his strongest in those two fights. It would be interesting if Holyfield actually fought Ruddock , but he opted 42 year old Holmes instead.

Just imagine Ruddock that fought Tyson actually fought someone else in those two nights, any great fighters would have trouble to beat him.

    Great footage btw.

You mentioned drugs ... What about Lennox beaten in similar fasion by drug addict Mccall?

In rematch, Lennox couldnt even hurt Mccall while Mccall was having mood swing and dropped his hands . Yea, technically Lennox lost to drug addict and only beat the guy in rematch because he's even more high than in previous encounter and decided to stop fighting.

I think that you said very dumb things here!
Dokes was very fast but nope chin and nope power and stamina!
While McCall even as drug addict had iron chin and heavy hands!
Chuvalo even in his last days and fights against Foreman could not be knocked out!
And McCall was like 30 years old while Dokes was very very old and past his best since 1984!

Well Holyfield didn't bother with Ruddock because he had Mercer,Dokes,Foreman,Cooper and Thomas!
I think that same Ruddock from those two fights was beat by Lewis and Morrison?
But again he fought nice and I must admit that!He just didn't have enough chin, skills and stamina!
He had power but only in one hand, was he two handed with better chin and stamina he would beat Tyson and would be ranked much higher!

Looks like a few users decided to use their stimulus money on, lets say, mind altering substances

Physically he was lacking nothing. That is why so many of us were high on him.

Early in the video somebody from Ruddock's corner yells 'dont load up.'
Suprised Razor didnt call time and have the guy escorted off the property.
