    I can't agree with the Monzon fight, I don't think think Monzon was a clear victor in that fight.

    Good thing youre not a judge cause that was a clear win for Monzon who other than a moment in the ninth were he was stunned by a Briscoe hook was in control the rest of the fight . A masterfull display by El Escopeta

    I agree, that on a points basis Monzon was ahead, but what I meant was that Monzon in no way ever had Briscoe in serious trouble.

    Think of all the Ali fights where he didn't have his man in any "serious trouble"...likewise with Barrera-Hamed, Whitaker-Ramilrez ll, etc. the "matador" doesn't always need to get the "bull" in serious trouble.
