What a fighter Felix Trinidad was and what a man. We need to remember in his excellent career of distinction he never lost at Welterweight or Junior Middleweight only losing at higher middleweight and catch weight against Roy Jones Jr, Hopkins and Winky Wright.

Yes he was dumb by giving ground in a close fight in the championship rounds it made it easy for the judges to score those rounds for Tito based on Tito’s effective aggression . Yes he is a dumb ****.

His hands are only faster when he wears stockings and high heels.

There should be nondebate on this: prime Tito Trinidad works prime FMJ. I don't want to hear any debate. Blah blah blah.

No, he landed his own right hands due to Oscar slowing down, as they landed more frequently, Oscar became more hesitant thus allowing even more to get through.

Oscar was older and slowing down. He was no longger willing to die in the ring.

Dela hoya by UD. Dela hoyas jab and explosiveness is the key here.

Die in the ring? Against pbf who's not a big puncher that doesn't even sound right. He was figured out by pbf and didn't have much success with his jab that's why he stopped throwing it. Pbf can embarrass you in the ring but he isn't killing anyone especially above 140.

You mean the same jab pbf took away? Just throw away things that actually occured in a real boxing match and go with wishful thinking, yeah that makes sense.

Tbf I see where you're coming from in this instance.

When a fighter stops pulling the trigger its either because they're too old, don't live the life or it's the opponent.

This instance is a combination of all 3, but imo the opponent alone wasn't enough to and a better version of Oscar does a better job than JLC did.

But remember jlc and oscar fight nothing alike one is a boxer puncher the other is a classic mexican pressure fighter and pbf was injured going into that first fight with jlc. If you want to see how a fully healthy pbf dealt with jlc look at the rematch.

    What a joke.

This just shows us your mindset.

A typical, Floyd like defensive mindset.

    He’d already asked for a 158 C-W.

How far could Bernard have come down when he was putting all of his MW belts on the line?

Only an ignoramus would criticise Oscar’s actions and label him as being dumb.

He didn’t deserve respect for taking on a naturally bigger ATG, MW?

But Floyd and Ellerbe did for what they did with Canelo?

You are everything what’s wrong with boxing.

Oscar did something that Floyd would never have done. And you damn well know it too. Any talk of Floyd taking on a challenge like fighting Hopkins is just a complete fantasy.

    Oh, he’s my hero now?

    Right.

If I praise someone = they’re my hero.

If I criticise someone = I hate them.

You are just highlighting the fact that you are completely incapable of debating Floyd’s career.

    Floyd is your hero.

If he became a serial killer, you’d be on here bashing at the keyboard, proclaiming his innocence.

Floyd would probably have swerved him.
